Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate protein powder, oat flour, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  • Add the almond butter and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and stir until a crumbly dough forms.
  • Gradually add almond milk one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough is thick and pliable, similar to brownie batter.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into 8 equal bars.
