Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until a thick dough forms.
Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan in an even layer.
Place the chocolate bar pieces over the dough layer, followed by an even layer of mini marshmallows.
Flatten the remaining dough into small sections and place them over the marshmallow layer, pressing gently.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into 16 squares.
